Body conditioning
New for 2010, our impressive body conditioning ‘My Gym’ is one of the latest additions to the Pleasance gym facilities.
Located on the ground floor of our new extension, with stunning views of Holyrood Park, 'My Gym' is equipped with:
- 25 Adaptive Motion Trainers
- 10 upright bikes
- 15 matted ‘CSE my-pod’ stations
- 2 rowing machines
- A range of light studio weights
- Fit balls
- Medicine balls
What's more, 'My Gym' is fully air conditioned creating the best environment for training.
Our highly qualified gym staff are available to provide free help with the equipment to ensure your work-out is safe, productive and enjoyable. Our personal trainers are also available, for a small fee, to assist those with more specialised training needs.
Price
Access to 'My Gym' is included in the price of your Centre for Sport and Exercise (CSE) membership or CSE guest entry access.
How to book
'My Gym' is not a bookable space. However, if you or your group have specific training needs please contact the Client Services Team.
