Bookings made for these sessions can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations will not be accepted on the day of the appointment unless in extreme circumstances, in which case it will be at the personal trainer's discretion.

Session guidelines

  • Arrive at your appointment ready to exercise.
  • Wear comfortable clothes (shorts and t-shirt advised).
  • Avoid alcohol, tobacco and coffee for at least three hours before your appointment.
  • If you have a cough, a cold, or 'flu' like symptoms you must cancel the appointment and reschedule it when you are better.
