Personal training starts with a full fitness assessment in order to specifically understand you and your training goals.
Our fitness assessments are provided by the personal trainers listed below.
Your personal trainer will create a detailed report on your physical capabilities and overall health status which will allow him/her to assess if you are safe to train and provides you with an opportunity to establish the training goals you want to accomplish.
Having completed your fitness assessment you can choose to continue training on a one-to-one basis with your personal trainer.
