The Centre for Sport and Exercise offers a range of toning based classes, suitable for all levels of ability, as part of our exercise class programme.

Body Blitz

Get your technique honed and shape up fast as you pump those barbells and dumb-bells in this great cardio/body toning class.

Fitball Workout

A core stability class using the big Swiss ball targeting core muscles in a great strength endurance workout - amazing fun, you'll have a ball!

A concentrated attack on all abdominal muscles.

Ultimate Abs Plus

A 45 minute ultimate challenge for developing a stronger, firmer core - it’s a phenomenal, effective, challenging workout and fun too!
