The Centre for Sport and Exercise offers a range of combat themed classes, suitable for all levels of ability, as part of our exercise class programme.

Boxacise

An aerobic workout incorporating boxing techniques, skipping and circuit style body conditioning. High energy all the way.

Jab, Kick and Burn

An ideal all-round fitness session. Combines martial art and boxing type moves and routines, with spells of pad work and conventional dance sequences, it's a must try if you're into fun fitness.

Thai Boxing

A complete body workout achieved through dynamic exercises and padwork drills. Improve your fitness and body shape while learning the exciting elements of Thai boxing.
