An energetic, fun and lively class involving aerobic based routines.

The Centre for Sport and Exercise offers a range of Gold classes suitable for those who are new or returning to exercise, or for the active older adult. An all-round exercise to music class paced for the older adult to improve stamina, strength, endurance and flexibility.
