Adventure holidays have been very popular at Firbush for more than 25 years.
The relaxed atmosphere at the centre makes it an attractive destination for a holiday or short break.
Family activity weeks run from Friday to Friday during July and early August. We also provide specialised ‘learn to windsurf’ and ‘learn to sail’ courses that run in tandem with the family programme.
We are currently taking bookings for summer 2013.
In addition, we organise a children’s adventure programme, known as Kids' Week, exclusively for kids in the 9-14 age group. This is a great ‘away from home’ experience and for many it’s their first extended solo adventure!
During the week you’ll have the opportunity to sample a full range of outdoor activities at a pace to suit you and your family, with expert instruction and safety cover provided as standard.
Sailing, windsurfing, open canoeing, kayaking, hill walking, gorge walking, orienteering, cycling, and mountain biking.
Activities are organised on a half day or full day basis including trips away from Firbush to local hills and rivers.
