Pay as you go
The Centre for Sport and Exercise offers pay as you go (PAYG) entry to University of Edinburgh student and staff non-members, in addition to guests of members.
PAYG charges only apply to entry to the Pleasance gym. Bookable activities (badminton, football, squash, etc.) incur the usual court fees in addition to the PAYG entry fee.

Non-members require evidence of their status as follows:
University of Edinburgh student: you will need to bring your matriculation card with you.
University of Edinburgh staff member: you will need to bring your staff card with you.

Guests of members require evidence of their status to qualify for discounted entry and must be accompanied by the member.
Edinburgh University Student Association staff: you will need to bring your EUSA staff card with you.
University of Edinburgh graduate: you will need to bring your alumni card with you.
Guests of members
Guests of members should be accompanied by the member. Please note that due to the high demand for entry to our facilities we have introduced a one member, one guest policy.
Edinburgh First guests
The University of Edinburgh's Edinburgh First guests can access the Centre for Sport and Exercise on a pay as you go basis for just £4.00 on production of their room key.
