Back Care Workshop

Description

Learn about your back - how it moves, why it moves, what is good for your back, what is not so good for your back. Posture, driving, workplace issues, lifting, digging, and gardening - they can all impact on your back, so come and learn how to prevent problems developing. In one hour, you will get top-tips on the above plus get the chance to go through some practical training on how to look after your back, useful exercises to keep your back healthy, and some simple things to help when you have back discomfort.

Pilates for Back Care Workshop

Description

This highly practical one hour workshop will introduce you to the principles of Pilates giving you an opportunity to learn and practice postural control and core strength exercises. Come and find out more about how your back works and take away some key preventative tips for looking after your spine.
