There are still a number of paper forms in use at the College.
For student course changes, the WISARD interface must be used and this results in an immediate change to the student record.
For programme changes, these should be requested through the use of the online form accessible to Directors from the ‘Programme/Session’ tab in WISARD.
The College Office no longer requires forms from Directors but there are certain forms made available which may be found useful within Schools for summarising key information.
Please consult your School Teaching Organisation to check what is required. Note that some forms are double sided and both pages may need to be submitted.
