Room Bookings open to registered societies from Wednesday 1st August 2012. In the first instance, each Society needs to supply the Room Booking Unit with one Booking Contact.
This contact will need to provide us with their term-time address, position within Society (must be an office bearer) as well as a contact phone number.
All requests for space and queries should be directed to our email address which is: firstname.lastname@example.org Room Bookings will endeavour to find you appropriate space within University buildings with suitable standard opening hours.
In the event that a request is made for space outside of opening hours, charges will be levied to the Society Contact in order to meet the resulting costs. In these instances, we will outline the cost before proceeding and Invoice the Society Treasurer following the event.
Room Bookings recommend that single-day requests are made at least 2 days in advance. Requests made up to 24-hours from the intended event may not be picked-up and this is therefore discouraged.
