The Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 came into force on 1 January 2005. They place two principal requirements on Scottish public authorities.
What is environmental information?
Environmental information is recorded information, in any form, in an area concerning environmental issues.
Our approach
The University has combined the implementation of the Regulations with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act.
