PsySTAR is a new initiative, funded by the Medical Research Foundation, to provide postgraduate training for psychiatrists. It is jointly run by the Universities of Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Our pool of potential supervisors comprises a wide array of leading scientists from a range of medical sciences, based across the four research centres which make up PsySTAR.
Our research centres are based in Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Research at each of these universities has been rated as world leading/internationally excellent.
Applications for 2012 close on 18 November 2011, with interviews being held in Edinburgh on 30 November. We expect a very strong UK-wide field of applicants.
