The Scottish Government propose a Sustainable Procurement Bill which is to be discussed at the next Public Procurement Policy Forum on Tuesday 6th December 2011.
Karen Bowman, Director of Procurement will be attending along with Stephen Connor, Process & Best Practice Manager, APUC, prior to publishing a formal consultation document, next year.
