Research Interests

We have studied a range of approaches to modelling signalling pathways. At present, we are using Boolean logic, exploiting its simplicity to allow us to calculate the properties of large scales of pathways.

Inference of signalling pathways from biological data. Finding a suitable modelling approach is the first step to being able to infer the details of signalling pathways from experimental data. We are studying the process of inference for the properties and parameters of signalling pathways using microarray data.
