The Division of Pathway Medicine works on a highly collaborative basis in interdisciplinary integrated research projects. We work with several groups in the UK and have strategic partnerships with a number of research centres worldwide.
The University of Edinburgh is a world leading centre of research, with a post-genomic research infrastructure exceeding £20m. It employs over 7000 people across a wide range of academic and supporting roles and comprises 21 Schools, spread across three Colleges, offering over 350 undergraduate and 160 postgraduate courses to more than 20,000 students each year.
The College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine is headed by Professor Sir John Savill and is internationally renowned for research and teaching and benefits from major funding inputs to both buildings and ongoing research.
