The University holds open days for students who wish to get a better idea of what studying here is like.
The Medical School offers a dedicated programme of events on open days including:
- Talks about applying to medicine with admissions staff available for questions
- The opportunity to talk to current medical students
- Clinical Skills demonstrations
- Library tours
- The opportunity to talk to teaching staff about the curriculum
Open Days
For students thinking about entry to the University in September 2013, the University will be holding three undergraduate Open Days in 2012:
- Friday 15 June 2012
- Monday 3 September 2012
- Saturday 22 September 2012
Open Days run from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
Tours of the Medical School
We do not offer tours of the Medical School for confidentiality and security reasons.
However, Student Recruitment and Admissions organise campus tours which include a tour of the Old Medical School at Teviot Place.
