The College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine is located in the Chancellor's Building, Little France, which is adjacent to the Royal Infirmary Hospital.
The Chancellor's Building offers state of the art lecture theatres, seminar rooms and a clinical skills laboratory as well as library and computing facilities.
The Medical Education Centre and other new developments at the Western General Hospital also provide a clinical skills training area and computer laboratories.
Students have access to the libraries at all the hospitals, such as the Western General and Royal Hospital for Sick Children as well as the main University Library.
The 1st and 2nd years are mainly taught at the University main campus in George Square and at the Old Medical School ,Teviot Place.
The 3rd - 5th years teaching takes place in hospitals, general practice and the Chancellor's Building.
The Edinburgh Electronic Medical Curriculum (EEMeC) is our dedicated virtual learning environment.
It contains all programme information and computer assisted learning and self-assessment packages and provides discussion pages for students.
