The annual tuition fees for this programme are as follows:

The 2013-2014 fee rates apply to all students who commence a new year or other period of study on or after 1 August 2013. Please note that fees are subject to annual revision and are typically increased by approximately 5% per annum.
One or more scholarships will be awarded to students who are accepted into the Master's in Creative Writing programme (either full-time or by online distance learning) or the full-time MSc Playwriting programme.
These scholarships contribute towards tuition fees.
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit with candidates requiring the equivalent of an upper second-class honours degree from a recognised university.
The Selection Panel will also consider the submitted portfolio of work as part of their selection.
All applicants who have applied for and/or been offered a place by 30th April for the MSc in Creative Writing programmes or the MSc Playwriting programme will automatically be considered for this scholarship.
The University of Edinburgh will offer 6 Master's scholarships for eligible distance learning Master's programmes offered by the University.
The scholarship will be awarded broadly on the basis of academic merit. Candidates must have, or expect to obtain, a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level or the international equivalent.
