What do we do?
We are your first point of contact for all administrative and pastoral matters including:
- enquiries about your programme of study;
- degree transfers
- absences, authorised interruption of study and withdrawal
- changing courses
- factual reference letters, confirming your student status
- Freshers' Week enquiries
- ensuring your student record is correct and make any necessary amendments
- special circumstances applications
- attendance monitoring
- learning adjustments
