The sound archive is the main product of over 60 years of fieldwork recordings and donated collections.

The photographic archive contains around 10,000 images from all parts of Scotland in a number of different collections.
Libraries and manuscripts
The Archives are home to the Scottish Studies Library, the Celtic Library and a Manuscript Collection.
