Contact information for Floor Managers and lab assistance.
General assistance
General support questions within the Centre (ranging from needing door clearance to notifying the floor manager that more gloves are needed in a certain lab) should now be emailed to our designated support inbox.
Make sure to add either your group's name or your room number in the subject of your query to simplify identification.
Requests sent here will be seen by all the Floor Managers and the Centre Superintendent.
Equipment requests
If you are looking for a piece of equipment within the Centre then you can ask your Floor Manager to search the inventory for you.
