The online distance learning hub is a communication and community tool for developing and expanding online distance learning. The hub is available to all staff members of the University of Edinburgh.
Through a peer support model, the hub enables staff members to openly discuss topics surrounding online distance learning, share good practice, explore collaborative initiatives and develop a future vision for online learning at Edinburgh. Access to the hub is granted when you join the ODL mailing list (see below).
Some of the work supporting the online distance learning (ODL) community is carried out in partnership with the eLearning@ed forum who also support this community as part of their wider remit.
The online learning mailing list is a managed communication channel for all staff interested in online learning. It communicates current online learning developments, ODL and DEI updates, and general information to the wider staff community. It is open to all University of Edinburgh staff members.
