About the University's employability strategy.
One of the four aims in the University’s mission statement is to ‘produce graduates equipped for high personal and professional achievement’.
The University has agreed a Graduate Attributes framework and work is underway to embed this within the student experience, both formal and co-curricular.
Graduate attributes need to be visibly and invisibly integrated into the curriculum, at all levels. You should explicitly consider where your course fosters opportunities for students to develop their employability skills.
Work in this area is led by the Employability Strategy Group.
The University’s Employability Initiative website provides case studies and resources to support you in embedding employability and graduate attributes in your course.
