Support Level Definitions
Full Support: Highest level of support, includes expertise within Information Services.
Partial Support: Some support and expertise within Computing Services.
Minimal Support: Little or no support can be guaranteed. These packages are or have been in use at the University and we will try to support within the bounds of knowledge and resources.
How to get the software
Software Services pages have details of how to get the software at the university. Check their database for university site license or publisher details where there is no site license
