Delivery times
The Library Annexe provides a twice daily delivery service (Monday to Friday) of General Collections material. Expected delivery times are provided below.
General Collections
Physical items
Requests for physical items are delivered by courier to the Main Library or to your preferred Site Library.
Items can be delivered to any of the University's own Libraries. However, items should be returned to the site from which they were collected.

Journal/book chapter scans
Requests for digital scans of journal articles or book chapters are delivered directly to your desktop via ILLiad.

Special Collections, University Archives and Lothian Health Services Archive material
Requests for Special Collections and Lothian Health Services Archive material must be placed at the Centre for Research Collections on the 6th floor of the Main Library.
Deliveries are on a Monday and Thursday.
