Corporate membership of Edinburgh University Library is available, on payment of the appropriate annual fee, to any organisation with five or more members in the Edinburgh area which is not a school, HEI, Lothian NHS Trust, or designated Associated Institution of the University.
Corporate members of the Library include research establishments, traders, voluntary and statutory welfare organisations, law firms, insurance and financial brokers, and private medical and alternative medical practitioners.

Registration can take place at any library site but can only take place during staffed hours. If you are applying for a Reference card you may fill in the application form online before visiting the library.
Your library card can be used in the Main Library and all site libraries. Access to departmental or class libraries is not available.
If your reference card or external borrower's card is lost, stolen or expired you must apply for a new one. To do this you must register with the library again and provide the required documentation as detailed above. All required documentation must be provided.
