Layout

The Library is arranged over two floors.

Upper floor

Access to the upper floor is by means of the staircase in room 286. This floor houses:

  • Law book collection (pre-2003)
  • Scottish Parliament publications

Lower floor

This floor houses:

  • Service desk
  • Online catalogues
  • Reserve collection
  • Photocopiers and photocopy card dispenser
  • Change machine
  • Self-issue machine and book returns bin

  • Law and Europa book collection (Library of Congress sequence)
  • Europa book collection (pre-2003)
  • European Documentation Centre (for European Union official publications)
