| Access information: | Freely available to members of UK Academic institutions listed (including University of Edinburgh). Registration is required to use this service. |
| Description: | Provides access to a number of crystallography, physical chemistry, spectroscopy databases and the software packages and tools with which to interrogate them and interpret their contents. A national service providing access to chemical information to the UK academic community for non-commercial use. Hosted by Daresbury Laboratory (of the Council for the Central Laboratory of the Research Councils). |

| Description: | Chemical reaction, structure and property data for organic and inorganic compounds. Also bibliographic data. Search by chemical structures and reactions as well as text. Contains the information from Gmelin and Beilstein. |
