Description:Recognized standard reference work for students and scholars of the ancient world. Brill's New Pauly is the English edition of the authoritative Der Neue Pauly, published by Verlag J.B. Metzler since 1996, and both versions of the text are available online, fully searchable and cross referenced.
Coverage:Fifteen volumes (Antiquity, 1-15) are devoted to Greco-Roman antiquity and cover more than two thousand years of history, from the second millennium BC to early medieval Europe.

Description:A catalogue of 5.7 million records including the largest collection of pre-1914 imprints in the world. Contains all entries for pre-1975 imprints acquired and catalogued by the British Library prior to 1976 and all pre-1971 imprints acquired and catalogued before the end of 1982.

Description:Updated daily, the site includes over 39,000 current, draft and historic British Standards, more than 16,000 of which are BSI adopted European and International Standards (ISO). An email alert service is available to track any changes in selected current Standards. Some draft standards are not available online - these may be purchased at a discounted rate through the Robertson Engineering and Science Library.

Burney Newspaper Collection
