Where to find library, IT and e-learning help at the University of Edinburgh.
Some schools and units operate a local Helpline, so please check the contacts page. If in doubt then contact the IS Helpline who will advise.
The IS Help Service offers three modes of interaction for all University members and other authorised users of IS services. Users are able to select the most appropriate mode depending on their location, the time of day, personal schedule and the nature of the issue arising.
