Online help and support resources for applicants to the University.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself using the personal questions and secret answers you created when you registered. You can do this by clicking the "Forgotten password" link on the EASE homepage and following the on-screen instructions. A direct link to the password reset page is given below:
If you have forgotten or are unable to answer your secret questions correctly, you will need to re-register with EASE, using a new registration key. Before we can provide you with a new registration key, we will need you to confirm your identity. Please contact the IS Helpline with your full name, registered email address, date of birth and registered home address.
Go to the MyEd portal and click on the blue button to login with EASE - you must log in with your username and the password that you chose yourself when you completed your EASE registration.
You should now see a tab labelled myApplications. Click this tab, and you will see a button labelled Launch EUCLID. Click on this button. From here you should be able to see any messages in your intray.
Once your application has been submitted there is no facility for you to upload documents. Should a document be required you will receive a message in your EUCLID intray with a link to a page for uploading that document.
If there are other documents that you require to be uploaded, please send them to the admissions staff who will be processing your application.
Acceptable file formats are .doc, .rtf, .pdf, .txt, .jpg, .xls, .gif, .zip.
You are able to upload one file for each specified document, and each document must be no larger than 2mb. If you have a document larger than 2mb we advise either using compression software to produce a .zip file, or separating the large file into smaller files and uploading these as unspecified documents.
Please note that you are only able to upload 2 unspecified documents per application. Tip - keep documents small to improve processing time. If documents fail to upload (e.g. "page not found" message returned) it is likely to be the result of your local internet connection capabilities. Please close all other internet programs, ensure the connection is functioning, and try again.
Please note that our system does not allow you to upload .docx document created with MS-Word 2007. Please save the document as .doc and try uploading and you should be able to upload.
