Online help and support resources for alumni of the University.
The Alumni Portal is a version of the secure website MyEd, in which alumni can:
If you registered with EASE as a student, your student username and password will give you access to the alumni portal - this applies to all students who started from 2004 onwards.
If you cannot remember your password, use the following page to guide you through the process of resetting your password:
If you have forgotten or are unable to answer your secret questions correctly, you will need to re-register with EASE, using a new registration key. Please email IS Helpline stating your name, username, degree details and the year you completed your studies, and we will provide you with the key.
If you have never logged into the Alumni portal and have never registered with EASE, we can provide you with your username and an initial, temporary password. Please email Development and Alumni Services giving your name, degree, year of completion and/or matriculation number and we will reply with your login details.
Your username and temporary password must first be used to register with EASE and create your own password. You can do this by entering your username (which is referred to as your Universal User Name or UUN) and your temporary password on the following page:
You will need to set-up 'shared secrets' and a password of your own after which you will be registered and ready to access the alumni portal.
Once registered, you should be able to login to the portal using your username and the new password you have created. The following link will take you to the portal login page:
If you are still having problems accessing the portal, please contact the IS Helpline, giving your username (UUN) and a brief description of the problem.
