If you have an IT, e-learning or Library enquiry or problem, or are unsure who to direct an enquiry to, the IS Helpline can provide you with assistance.
Members of the University, please use the self-service portal to contact us. (EASE required)
The self service portal lets you enter a call directly into our call management system, track the progress of calls already reported and look for solutions in our knowledge base.
Other methods of contacting Helpline are shown at the bottom of this page.
The IS Helpline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We run daily clinics during the week to help you with issues with laptops, tablets, phones or other mobile devices.
Clinics are run during the afternoon and in the evenings. Because of their popularity, you need to book on to these sessions through the MyEd booking channel.
