If you have an IT, e-learning or Library enquiry, or are unsure who to direct your enquiry to, please contact the IS Helpline.
IS have launched a self service portal to allow members of the University to raise and monitor progress on their own enquiries. This portal interacts directly with the UniDesk system, so it will no longer be necessary to email or phone the IS Helpline to raise an enquiry or check up on it.
Use the self service portal to report problems, ask IS for help or to see progress on issues already reported.
Alternatively you can contact IS Helpline using email or telephone
