Self Service

IS have launched a self service portal to allow members of the University to raise and monitor progress on their own enquiries. This portal interacts directly with the UniDesk system, so it will no longer be necessary to email or phone the IS Helpline to raise an enquiry or check up on it.

Use the self service portal to report problems, ask IS for help or to see progress on issues already reported.

Hours of operation

From 12th July 2012 the Helpline has extended its hours of service. Our new opening times are listed below.

Monday 27th May - Sunday 8th September 2013

Monday - Thursday9.00am - 8.00am the following day
(Helpline will close 08:00-09:00 for service administration)
Friday - SundayHelpline open 24 hours
