Before reporting a hardware fault then please make sure you know the following details.
- Your contact details (name, phone number and email address)
- Type of equipment (eg computer, printer, scanner)
- Type of computer (eg PC, Apple, not applicable)
- Model numbers
- Serial number
- Location (including room number)
- Fault description
