Lost/stolen card
My card has been lost/stolen. What action should I take?
Blue card holders
If you need a replacement card but still have money left in your Web Wallet, please contact the IS Helpline as soon as possible. Once you have done so you must visit one of the Card help desks to order a replacement card.
All card holders
If your University card is lost or stolen you can get it replaced at one of our Card help desks.
