Forgotten PIN
I can't remember the PIN for my card
When you are first issued with your University card your four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be printed on the card-carrier that your card is attached to.
If you have forgotten your PIN, you can find it by logging into MyEd and clicking on the MyStuff tab. A channel called 'Card PIN' has a link Show PIN, there is also an option to change your PIN if you wish to do so.
Visitors card PIN is not available on MyEd. Visitors who have forgotten their PIN need to go to one of the Card help desks and get it reset.
