My card has expired. How do I obtain a replacement?
If your University card has expired you can get it renewed at one of our Card help desks. Expired cards will not be automatically replaced by Card Services.
In the case of faulty, worn and expired cards, the old card must be produced in order to receive a free replacement. If you cannot produce the card a fee of £10 will be applied.

If you have been a student at the University and are returning to do another degree, or your card has expired but you are continuing at the University as a matriculated student, your card will not automatically be renewed by Card Services. You must visit one of our Card help desks to ask for a new or replacement card.
You must check with your school/college that the end date of your visit has been updated. If this has not been updated then Card Services are unable to print out a new or replacement card for you.
