The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) also has some useful guidance which can can be found on their website.
The Scottish Specific Duty Regulations were laid before the Scottish Parliament in April and came into force on 27 May 2012. They provide the framework for how public bodies in Scotland including the University should respond and tackle the specific duty laid upon them under the Equality Act 2010.
