When SPSS is installed manually as Site License installation, you will need a current authorization code to complete the installation. Then every year in September you will need to enter a new code authorize the software for the next academic year.
For SPSS installed through a managed desktop package, the license should update automatically via the license server and you need take no action. Also Network Installation will connect to a license server directly, so you won't need annual codes.
If your school provided you with SPSS then they should provide you with codes each year - so check with them first.
We distribute codes to whoever pays for the license, so contact whoever paid for your license in the first place. Or contact Software Services if you've paid to request the latest code at IS.Software.codes email address
