All University students, student applicants, staff, associates and visitors and alumni are eligible for access to the EASE system. Also, visitors registered with the Edinburgh Visitor Registration Scheme are entitled to log on to EASE.
When you join the University you should receive a letter with your University Username and your one-time use registration password to use for setting up your EASE account from the school office, or you may request a letter from the EASE Registration page. Letters take one working day to be sent out to you. Once you have this letter you can procede to setup your EASE account.
Student applicants will receive an email or letter from the University when they apply for a place. This email or letter will tell you your one-time use registration password to use for setting up your EASE account and your University Username.
If you had an EASE account when you were a student, then you can continue to use this account for accessing services provided to alumni by the University.
If you have not got an EASE account, or have forgotten your EASE password, then please contact Development and Alumni Services who will be happy to arrange for a new registration password to be sent to you.
EASE Friends are guest accounts that have access to a limited subset of University websites. For example, to help manage your booking of courses provided by the Office of Lifelong Learning.
