Why do I see more than my own incidents in my "Own" selection?
Because you have "Show without an operator" ticked on the filter options (yellow funnel icon). This shows incidents that have neither an operator nor an operator group assigned. Solution: Open a to-do list, click the yellow funnel icon, and untick "Show without an operator".
