MyEd Refresh
The MyEd portal is undergoing a refresh, to provide a more user-friendly interface.
Date: 30 October, 8:00-9:00 am.

Main improvements in the refresh
- An updated look & feel
- Easier customisation by drag-and-drop
- Easier creation and management of announcements
- Improved portal management tools
Preparing for the refresh
If you've customised your layout, you should print out your site map to keep a record of your channels. Make sure you do this before 30 October.
We will be returning all users' layouts to the latest default settings for their user type - staff, students, alumni, etc. With the new drag-and-drop interface, it is very easy to create (or recreate) your own customised layout.
What remains the same after the refresh
- Tab names and structure
- Default layouts of channels on tabs
- Channel availability
- Channel functionality, except the Announcements channel
