The right place to get help depends on the type of problem you're having.
Check whether you can view other web sites. If you cannot, contact your local computing support officer in case there are issues with network access for example.
If you are working from home, check your internet connection is working.
Check the IS Service status page. Details of current status of all key IS services, including MyEd will always be displayed here. There is also a link to the IS Alerts Log which gives details of all downtime (planned and unplanned) for all IS supported applications.
If you still can't find the information you need, contact the IS Helpline for assistance with using EASE.
If this is your first time using the portal, read:
If you are already a MyEd user take a look at:
If you still can't find the information you need, use the Report a Problem channel on the Help tab (only available once you have logged in)
Click on the help (questionmark) icon in the channel. This will display information about who owns the channel, what the channel does, and most importantly, gives you a Service Contact - either an email address or a set of web pages where you can ask for, or find more information.
If the channel is displaying an error message the same service contact information will be displayed, again either an email address or a web page.
