List email commands
This section covers email commands used by list owners, moderators and users.
The commands are contained in the message body of an email to sympa@mlist.is.ed.ac.uk with the Subject: line blank. Please note, if you have a signature in your email body, then you must have the word "QUIT" on a separate line, after your list email command(s) and before your signature.
