How to find and connect to the right email service

A number of email services exist in the University:

Some services are provided by Schools for their own staff and students. If you are in such a school, then your school's computing staff will advise you.
Students use the Student Mail Service (SMS).
Most staff use the Staffmail service.
Some staff use the Exchange Mail Service.

Find and connect to your email service

Type your University Username (UUN) into the "Find your email service" box below and click "Find my email service".
You will see a link to your e-mail service. Click the link and you will be taken to the guidance pages for your email service.
If you see no result, your school or unit is running its own email service. Follow the link below to find your local IT support contact. Contact IS Helpline if local support cannot help or you believe there is an issue with your account.
