How to access the service and information on who is entitled to.
Service summary
Most centrally resourced locations have some level of AV and IT equipment in situ.
These range from small seminar rooms with a basic set up which could comprise of an overhead projector and whiteboard, to larger scale lecture theatres which house complex operating systems with dual data projection and dedicated PC facilities.

Entitlement
The equipment can be used by anyone who has booked the room or lecture theatre via the central room booking unit.
