Scanning & indexing

The integrated Planning Solution provides full scanning and document capture capability regardless of format of incoming document.

Scanning options

  • OCR – Optical Character Recognition (machine text)
  • ICR – Intelligent Character Recognition (handwritten text)
  • OMR – Optical Mark Recognition (bar code and check boxes) to extract the data from the document where appropriate

The scanning process supports the capture of all Application Forms (including 1App) as well as correspondence and drawings, from A5 to A0.
