Professional training for Service Management

The University’s training partner for certified IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) Service Management training and consultancy is QA. No other training provider should be used.

QA currently offer the following courses:

Foundation (3 days)

Specialist Certificates (3 days)

Intermediate Capability Stream

Intermediate Lifecycle Stream

Expert (5 days)
