The Vice Principal's Office is responsible for setting the timetable and co-ordinating and controlling the process that delivers University and IS strategies and plans.

Quality management

The Vice-Principal's Office ensures that the quality of the services delivered by IS are to the required standard, and that appropriate initiatives to improve quality are delivered.

Governance and committees

The Vice Principal’s Office co-ordinates the work of the committees and groups that govern the work of the service.

Projects

There are many projects across the activiites of Information Services. The Vice Principal's Office is directly responsible for managing special projects.

Business administration

The Vice-Principal's Office supports the management and administration of Information Services business.
